The people who will handle your case
A small San Diego firm, on purpose. The lawyer you speak with on the first call is the lawyer who knows your file on the last one.
Attorney at law
Khamroz Boev
Khamroz Boev represents clients in personal injury and immigration matters throughout San Diego County. Two areas of law that look unrelated on paper, but that regularly land on the same family in the same year.
He knows the immigration journey firsthand. As an immigrant himself, he went through the process personally, from holding a visa to becoming a United States citizen — the paperwork, the waiting, the uncertainty and the cultural adjustments that come with building a new life here. Clients work with an attorney who has not only studied immigration law but lived it.
Before focusing on personal injury, Mr. Boev spent more than ten years in business working with insurance companies. He knows from the inside how insurers review claims, interpret policies and look for ways to minimize payouts. That experience lets him anticipate their strategy and push for fair compensation, whether the case is a car accident, a fall, or another injury caused by someone else's negligence.
He works with clients in English, Russian, Tajik and Farsi, so a family can explain what happened in their own words rather than through whoever happens to be available to translate. He earned his J.D. at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and is admitted to practice by the State Bar of California.

How we work
Cases are kept at a number one lawyer can actually carry. That is a deliberate limit, and it is the reason calls get returned and files do not sit.
Every matter is prepared as though it will be contested — the injury claim as though it is going to trial, the petition as though it will draw a request for evidence. Most of the time it never gets that far, and that is precisely the point.
The office is downtown on West Broadway, two blocks from the courthouse. First consultations are free, in any of the languages above.
Tell us what happened. The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
